He has experience with many groups including The Del McCoury Band, Bill Harrell and the Virginians, Jeff Presley and South Central Bluegrass, Cliff Waldron's New Shades of Grass, The Gary Ferguson Band, Leon Morris and The Carroll County Ramblers. Tom also does the html for the band's web pages and is currently employed by Potts & Callahan
Dick Laird, an infectiously energetic and enthusiastic mandolin player, Dick has worked with Bluegrass great Jimmy Martin as well as Del McCoury, Jeff Presley and Vern Young. His well honed mandolin playing propels the band's sound.
Carroll Swam, Carroll delivers smooth lead vocals in a variety of styles and his guitar is the foundation of Bluestone's rhythm.
Jon Glik, one of the most innovative and soulful fiddlers in bluegrass music - Jon always thrills the listener. He has played and recorded with Del McCoury, Dave Evans, Frank Wakefield, The Forbes Family, Mike Garris, Gary Ferguson, Bob Paisley, and The Hard Travelers. Jon has performed throughout the U.S. and in a number of foreign countries.
Heath Laird, Heath's solid bass fiddle and skillful vocals help round out Bluestone's sound.
Jeff Laird, an exciting new talent on vocals and lead guitar, Jeff adds youthful vigor to the band.
